If its big spline which I think they are most 1990 on wheels. I can bring my late mk2 wheel boss to Bustypes and we can try it for size

Does the same apply to airbag wheels?
My caravelle (2000) has an airbag wheel but I think its been changed at some point in the past from having a leather rim a'la executive models to the normal plastic rim.

Would like to change it back (maybe rob the one off the missus' Passat LOL

Swapping air bag steering wheels requires the battery disconecting and your airbag light re setting. Im pretty certian most airbag wheels are the same spline so you could nic ya missus pissrat wheel and leave her with a pair of mole grips to steer with

Big smile

Also thinking along the lines of the 'sport' steering wheel, ya know the nice 3 spoke ones that they fitted to all the mk4 golf GT Tdi's , GTi's etc.

Don't think they were much smaller (if at all) in diameter so shouldn't turn the bus into a pig to steer or start wrenching the wheel out of my hands over potholes.

Any thoughts, opinions whether these would work?
