Having a few problems with the works van of late ! :(

Its a '99 LT35 LWB with the five cylinder TDi 110bhp lump.

How should these things drive ?? , it REALLY does stuggle to get above 60 up even the slightest incline....Its about as slow as my DG engined T3 van !

I'm fairly new to deisels, so need a few pointers, apparently it was serviced by VW back in October and has been like this ever since.

Anyway, the turbo is spooling up as I can hear it, and it can get up to 80ish if you give it some welly down the hills, but it should be able to cruise happily at 80 all day long shouldn't it ?

Should I be checking for leaks in all the boost pipes/intercooler first ? Has  the turbo on these got an external wastegate ? could it be seized shut/open ?

Many thanks to anyone that may be able to offer any advice. :)
