as far as i know , the bolt holes need to be opened up to 14 mm but the rest of it should be ok , may need extension bolts too!

I'm running Merc rims on my T4. Bolt width was fine, had to buy longer bolts though as went from steelies to alloys. You will need a hubcentric adaptor though, just a little plastic or metal collar that goes in the centre bore as Merc have a bigger centre bore. Think they're also called spigot rings, about £12 for 4 mine were.
