I have a vw T5 2.5 AXD last year I had the Injectors checked because I had diesel going into my oil 2 injectors were adjusted and new seals were fitted. the problem still occurred so I brought a brand-new new tandem pump and after 300 miles my oil light was flashing and beeping once again!!! And I still have Diesel going into my oil!!!! Any suggestions would be appreciated

Welcome. I'm afraid your fix isn't going to be cheap. Assuming the new tandem pump isn't faulty it could be the injectors rocking in their bores. That could make the new seals leak. If it is that then this should have been picked up when the injectors were done. I don't think there is a guaranteed repair for that problem and a new head may be the only cure.
However if everything else is perfect then a crack in the fuel gallery in the head could do it. I've never seen it but I have read that it can happen. A diesel specialist should be able to pressure test for this but the result is the same. I hate to say this but a second hand engine (if you can find a good one) might turn out to be a more cost effective solution as new heads are serious money.
Good luck and let us know how you get on. |
