As a daily and to transport me dog in and at a push, sleep in when I take off like I do sometimes on me todd. What nasties should I look out for when looking. Is the cam belt changes the same as a T4 i.e: every 80K. Any quirks or known faults. Your advice greatfully received. Thinking of spending between 1.5 - 2K. Cheers guys, cozz.

The late mk2 TDI,s have the VNT system fitted between the turbo and exhaust manifold, these are notorious for getting caked up in soot, this stops it moving and puts it in limp home mode, ballache to fix. You can tell on test drive as it will run fine then feel like the turbo has stopped then will be guttless. Dont be fooled into being told its MAF as it probably aint. |

hi may have my tdi 90bhp 02 silver eletric pack done 55k had van from new as new inside and out cambelt done alloys just serviced .will take pics to day £3k no vat
