millions of plans but only hundreds of things to put them on!...and eh..not enough seconds in a year to get round to them! going to hack the semi hi-top LWB roof of in the next week or so and have it painted....YELLOW?
 the van drove brilliantly back to scotland,glad i drove it at night and side door fell right off at yard! cheers mcgill

long awaited update on fire-truck. it now has a factory hi-top fitted in (RED) Westy donor i bought from Icky will be fitted and re-vamped over the next month or so and LPG'd and hopefully be ready for vanfest! tried to add pics but i am hopeless! any help to upload a file? cheers mcgill

i had it for sale at vanfest ,it cost me around 9k by the time i bought it,brought it from austria to uk and by the time i got it MOT'd etc. i got a RHD tri-star i was after for 8 years and decided to try and sell as had too many projects. i bought the LT WESTY from Icky a few months back and decided to camper it. it is now at a specialist coachbuilders next to my place waiting to go in and have the westy interior fitted but it is being re-vamped! trying to get finished for vanfest! keep you posted,cheers mcgill

am i right in thinking you had a hard time finding a semi high top for a lwd??
a mate has a low miles petrol van thatwas for sale for some time.. ah well... you have one now.

no problem finding that size of roof,in my yard for 2+ years and have binned about another 3 in the past. i went to Fulda in E Germany to get the one for russels gold hi-top. told girlfriend i would be back in 10 mins to pick her up for our round europe tour in my big yellow newly MTDi converted 16 syncro,went to yard to get huge car trailer,came back to collect Angela and WHERE ARE YOU GOING WITH THAT??? NO VANS YOU SAID!!!!! C'MON...GERMANY...A WEEK ON EBAY BEFOREHAND..... T4 MULTIVAN INTERIORS,LT LWB REIMO ROOF,ENGINES,WINDOWS AND 5000KM ON GERMAN ROADS IN 10 DAYS!!!! BLISS....BUSMANS HOLIDAY ALRIGHT!!

well the truck is almost finished and i am booked in by DVLA to have my van inspected at 2pm. this is due to me converting it and trying to register as motor-caravan! lets hope and see! keep you posted,cheers mcgill
