Head Bolt Torque

   Fitted lots of heads over the years but never come across this... after Lbs two lots of 90 degree. Wound the first lot of 90 in no problem, but the secound round will not go, got them to 40/50 then they will not budge - any suggestions/will this suffice? cheers
