fueling check?

Hi guys,
I've got the AAZ in now, and its been timed up properly, and is seemingly running fine now.

I was wondering if there is a way of making sure the fueling is not too much/too little.

It starts fine, and pulls really well, no black smoke even on full bore. The temp gauge on dash sits just below the LED under normal driving, not taken it down the motorway yet though.

Is it worth fitting an oil temp gauge and EGT gauge?
