Lt35 fuel filter

   hi, just tried to change the fuel filter on my 2005 lt35 Luton van. I managed to release the filter to enable more room to release in and out pipes. what I,m stuck on is the other pipes (I think it's a regulator) As I have to work partly blind of the floor I can't see how to release these pipes. Any  good ideas?
