Speedo change KPH to MPH

Hi fellas, I've recently picked up an LT46 ex ambulance, plan is to convert her into a camper, she was built by a Finnish company although she's RHD, the speedo is in KpH and I'd like to change it to MpH, I'd also like to badge it down to 3.5Te when I change the classification from ambulance to camper at DVLA. Does anybody have any info on removing the tacho, I have a dash from a LT35 but the connection for the speedo is different, mechanical rather than electronic I think. Van is a 2003 model 2.8. Any help gratefully received! Cheers
