LT35 2.8 tdi engine misfire

   Anyone got any ideas:
 symptoms: Van misfires/stutters when accelerating in 3rd/4th/5th gear, around 40mph accelerates then stutters again accelerates then stutters/misfires again unto you get it in to higher revs, fault code P0101Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Implausible Signal , replaced MAF sensor with Bosh one, checked all connections to ECU all ok , when it happens you can feel the van slow then picks up, no leaks in air system, can not find any information on the van or engine possibly Merc. 4 cylinder 2.8 TDI.  Anyone got a workshop manual or link for 2.8TDI
