@Lee: there are 3 LT 4x4s for sale in Holland at the moment, 1 '82 Suelzer, 1 '88 Kastenwagen and 1

I am still washing bits of Mammut park out of my engine bay. I thought I had got rid of it all then while changing the water pump on my Syncro today I found a cork sized bit inside the alternator tensioning spring
