Missing plug

   I need to know where the wires locate on the pins of the thermo switch.
I have 4 pins and 4 colored wires i just need to know where they go back.
Someone has bodged the job in the past and broken the plug that fits onto the sensor.
the sensor is located to the rh of the altanator.

the sensor plug is in a D shape with the lug for the plug underneath.

pins are marked   A C D B with A being the top left and the others follow clockwise.

cables are   Blue . green/blue . red/yellow . red/white

im sure pin D is the red/white cable because the connecter had come of the wire on that one.

ps is it me or do VW vans turn your hair grey.
