As someone who worked in St Pauls, I'd never park a vehicle I owned down there, let alone on Carnival weekend.....

this van has been recovered today,minus its wheels but still its been found

yep the vans been found, they went to have a look and twats at the recovery/storage yard have been moving it with a forklift after they had tried dragging it by the towing eye while it had no wheels on it now has no towing eye or front bumper
