After my JX engine died, I fitted an AAZ engine to my T3 Camper. When I installed it i used all the auxiliaries from the original JX engine including the fuel pump, which proved to be a very simple engine installation. The engine runs ok and I get a reasonable performance and fuel economy.

I have recently acquired a fuel pump from a Land Rover 300TDi. I am considering doing a swap if I achieve a performance upgrade. Has anyone done this swap? What is the difference in performance? What else do I need to consider?
